The owner, Betty, was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, easily communicating in both English and German, which added to our comfort. The accommodations were spacious and impeccably clean, offering a comfortable bed that made for restful nights, a plus for someone like me who often struggles with sleep. The added benefit of free parking was a practical touch that alleviated the worry often associated with location. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring a delightful selection of local and homemade fare that changed slightly each morning-quite a treat for the palate! With the added convenience of a seasonal outdoor pool and a charming garden area for relaxation, this establishment stands out for those who appreciate a connection to nature. In terms of luxury versus value, Betty's House strikes a commendable balance, and I believe it offers substantial quality for the price, making it a wise choice for travelers exploring the serene beauty of the area.
